The Ghana Football Association have constructed a new Astro turf pitch at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Prampram.
The project which is said to worth US $500,000 was commissioned during the Ordinary Congress on Monday.
The new edifice which is located behind the Ben Kwofie block was constructed under the tutelage of Ghana FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi.
It however remains the only artificial turf at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence.
There was huge public outcry about the poor nature of playing fields at the Soccer School pushing the Nation’s football governing body to contract the modern pitch.
