Kemini Amanor is not leaving the EIB Network-owned GHOneTV.

She is staying on as the anchor of news programmes ‘NewsNight‘ and ‘NewsRoom‘ on the station which won ‘Television Station of the Year‘ at the 2017 Radio and Television Personality (RTP) awards.

Amanor is celebrated for her conversational and easy-to-understand approach to presenting news.

Her report about the rot at Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) led to the removal of Mr. Stephen Kpordjih, the then Managing Director of the bank in 2015.

The report exposed a number of controversial decisions including the bank’s decision to sell its headquarters for 10 million dollars whilst it rented a new premises at 1 million cedis a month.

The 2014 Best Television News Anchor nominee at the Radio and Television Personality (RTP) Awards and Ghana Television Awards previously worked with Starr FM and JOY NEWS.

Amanor is a product of St. Mary’s Senior High School, University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with Geography and a certificate in radio and TV broadcasting from RABODEF Radio Academy.
