Legendary highlife singer, Akosua Agyapong, has also slammed the MUSIGA President, Obour’s administration as having failed woefully to build a reliable Ghanaian music Industry.

In an interview with Adom FM the “Eka Bi Nie” hit maker said Obour’s administration have nothing solid to prove for the GH¢2million government gave to the creative arts industry in 2012, insisting a charge of misappropriation may not be far from right.

“What I know is the Music Week was organized by the Music Council so Obuor has to account for the GH¢2million.”

Akosua noted that Obour has also failed to plan for aged musicians who are currently not able to pay for their hospital bills.

“In fact, Obuor is trying to do something I guess but he has proved unreliable enough so he has to be changed.”

“We want Obour to open up to the musicians because we don’t know how he spends our money on things we do not get any real results from.”
