Justice Samuel Marful-Sau, a Justice of the Supreme Court has been reported dead.
Kasapa News sources say the presidency has since been informed about the demise of Marful-Sau.
Justice Marful-Sau, 64, was a member of the seven-member panel of the apex court that presided over the 2020 Election Petition by former President John Dramani Mahama.
He passed on three years at the Supreme Court after he was appointed in 2018 by President Nana Akufo-Addo.
