A man believed to be in his early thirties is on the run after stabbing his girlfriend at Gomoa Budumburam in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region.
The suspect during a hot exchange of words with his girlfriend friend, Ama Ghansah, pulled a knife from his pocket and stabbed her in-between her breasts.
Part of her breasts was cut off in the process.
The incident happened on Friday September 22, 2023.
Information gathered by Kasapa News Yaw Boagyan revealed that the suspect always accuses his girlfriend of sleeping with other men elsewhere, but it always tuns into a fight whenever he questions her over her infidelity.
The of the victim family is said to have planned to settle the matter between the two are about to get married, only for them to hear about the unfortunate incident.
The victim receiving treatment at the Hospital while the suspect has gone into hiding.
The case has been reported to the Gomoa Budumburam Police Station for investigation, while a manhunt is on to arrest the suspect.
