Pupils of Autism Awareness Care and Training Centre (AACT) had a special time when Ghana’s largest online marketplace, Tonaton.com in collaboration with some Ghanaian celebrities presented them with cheque of Ten thousand Ghana Cedis (GHc 10,000.00).

As part it’s social responsibility dubbed ‘Green Heart’, Tonaton was supported by Popular Stars John Dumelo, Joselyn Dumas, Deborah Vanessa and Efya to educate the public about the need to shun discriminating against Autism patients in the society.

Speaking with Kasapafmonline.com, Managing Director of Tonaton.com, Mrs. Sandra Abrokwa reiterated that primarily Tonaton aims to create and sustain value for everyone. She noted that the company deemed it a great service to help the less deprived with financial support and other requisite materials when necessary.

The Autism Centre trains affected children in beads making and visual art work. Founder/Director of AACT, Mrs. Serwaa Quaynor revealed that the school which was instituted eighteen (18) years ago at times is incapacitated in terms of funding.

She expressed appreciation to Tonaton.com for their support and entreated other individuals and corporate organisations to respond to their plea.
