Newly elected New Patriotic Party(NPP) Parliamentary candidate for the upcoming Abuakwa North bye-election, Gifty Twum Ampofo says she’s willing to create the platform for drop outs to realize their potential in the constituency should she win the bye-election.

Madam Twum Ampofo will be facing off a challenge from the ruling government side, but was optimistic of a solid victory to succeed her predecessor who was slain recently under a bizarre robbery attack at his residence.

“I have never cut off Kukurantumi…and this explains the reason why they[delegates] all served as ambassadors to help in a rigorous campaign towards my  election. They know me to be a very humble and God-fearing person, who is ready to serve them, hence the bye-election will be a done deal for me,” she told Fiifi Banson on Anopa Kasapa on Kasapa 102.3 FM.

She claimed she will build on the development strides of late JB, and promote the quality lives of constituents if she’s elected as MP.
