The rains are here again and as has always been the case Accra is once again flooded after few hours of downpour.
A visit by Kasapafmonline.com to parts of Accra including Kwame Nkrumah Circle, Dzorwulu, Mallam Junction, Asylum Down and Kaneshie painted a very sorry picture of a city whose authorities claimed last year it had worked on the perennial flooding issue.
