President John Dramani Mahama is expected to join party faithfuls of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) today, Friday June 10, at the party headquarters to mark the 24th anniversary of the formation of the NDC.
The Party has produced three Presidents in the 4th Republic namely Jerry John Rawlings, John Evans Atta Mills and the incumbent John Dramani Mahama.
In attendance today at the historic event will be leading members of the party including the Founder Jerry John Rawlings, NDC parliamentarians, and both past and present executives of the Akatamansonians.
The NDC was founded by Jerry John Rawlings who was the military leader of Ghana from 1981 to 1993 and the democratically elected President of Ghana from 1993 to 2001.
