Fire has gutted a 9-bed room house at Ahenbronom, a suburb of Assin Fosu in the Central Region.
The House caught fire when the owner, a 60 year old woman Mad.Joana Easelshe had left the house after her morning bakery activities .
8 out of the 9 houses were completely burnt to ashes with the other one which happens to to her store room for her baked bread partially burnt.
Fire personnel who got to the scene later could do little to salvage the situation.
The cause of the outbreak is still unknown but it is suspected to be gas leakage as they use gas stove in baking the bread.
The bakers use 11 gas stoves in baking the bread and it is suspected one of them may have developed leakage there by sparking fire in one of the rooms.
