The President of the Ghana Bar Association, Lawyer Anthony Forson Jnr has denied the allegations of rape by his colleague Canadian based lawyer, Miss Kuukuwa Andam, which happened in 2012.
A statement released on behalf of Tony Forson by his lawyers, ‘Beyuo & Co’, described the allegations from the daughter of the former Vice-chancellor of KNUST as “palpably false”.
“Mr Forson sincerely and emphatically denies that he has committed any such offence against the said Kuukuwa Andam,” the statement stressed, adding in due course he’ll be vindicated.
Miss Kuukuwa Andam has alleged that Anthony Forson Jnr rapped her in a hotel room in Washington DC in 2012 but she now has the courage to open up on her ordeal with the GBA President.
