MK casting, organizers of actor’s workshops will on Saturday, March 25 host another training event for young actors.
The event which is dubbed “Marathon Performance“, will take place at the Kanda Community Library on Saturday at 6pm under the theme ‘Role of the youth in Nation building’.
Mawuko Kuadzi Chief Executive Officer of the company, shedding light on the event mentioned that, the exercise is purposely designed to prepare actors for the competitive film industry out there.

Participants have been put in groups of three with ten actors in each group and the groups charged with the task of scripting their own play and have been rehearsing for a month now.Mr Kuadzi elaborated that, the rate is GHC 10 and proceeds from the show will be used to shoot a short film for the actors.
The CEO further stated “Adjetey Anang and Dayan Fields who were part of the workshops will be present to access their performance
“Peter Segbefia, Director of the movie ‘Keteke’ will also be present as I’ve invited various directors and producers to witness the performance of these up coming actors
“Fred Amugi has also expressed his interest to perform along side these young actors, this move we hope, will boost their on-stage confidence. So attendants should prepare to be thrilled.”
He then entreated interested persons to call 0246847493 for tickets or seat reservation.
