The First Love Foundation of Achimota Senior High School, has donated clothes and products worth thousands of Ghana Cedis to the Accra Psychiatric Hospital in Accra.

Head Chaplain at the Achimota Senior High School, Rev. Father Ernest Gyimah Agyemang stated that, the donation was part of the school’s responsibility towards the less privilege in society.

“Most kids unfortunately find themselves deprived from the many good things life has to offer and as school who went through the hassle of life before reaching our current status, nothing makes us happier than to put a smile on the faces of these children as we celebrate Christmas and Achimota Senior High School deem it necessary to donate to these less privilege ones.”

Receiving the donation on behalf of the hospital, Nursing Officer In-Charge at the Accra Psychiatric hospital, Miss Portia Borketey expressed their profound gratitude to the Foundation and the Achimota Senior High School for their kind gesture.

President of The First Love Foundation, Miss Grace Sarfoa Asabere, told Kasapa News, the donation was to show their love for the less privileged and the disable in society and also indicate their commitment to support children in their health activities.

She appealed to non-governmental foundation and other stake holders in the country to pay much attention to the health care of the less privilege in society since that was the only way they could become better grown-ups.
